We HIGHLY recommend that all players competing for Flames have the following as a minimum for match days :
* Flames Hoodie
* Flames Tracksuit bottoms
* Flames Waterproof Jacket
* Red or Black gym pants/shorts
* Flames socks (we hold a stock of these at club level)
